Originally established in 2004, Crown Dry Cleaners is a family run high quality Dry Cleaning and Laundry business. We offer a free collection and delivery service for our customers to make the cleaning process as quick and seamless as possible end to end. As a small business we are able to provide a personalised service to meet your needs; your order will even be processed and delivered by a member of the family.

We are experts in dry cleaning, laundry and specialist cleaning services so we are able to handle all enquiries. Unlike traditional dry cleaners we only use organic biodegradable solvents rather than harmful chemicals which is both kinder to your clothes and the planet. We are proud to say that we take this a step further by ensuring that all collections and deliveries are carried out using our zero emission van.

No, there is no minimum order and there are no additional fees for ā€œsmallā€ orders.

If possible we only ask that you place your items in a bag ready for collection. If not the driver carries extra bags which are labelled to avoid any confusion. Any bags you provide will be returned when your cleaning is delivered.

No, when your order is processed we will separate your items for you in accordance to the cleaning labels.

Payment is taken once you place your order.

Yes. Simply ask the driver at the time of collection or delivery or you can contact us by phone, text or email. Details in the contact us section.

Yes, add details of the repair or alteration to the notes section of your order and we will contact you following collection to confirm the additional cost.

If you believe you have left something within your cleaning please advise us as soon as you can so we can seek to recover the item prior to cleaning.

To avoid this please double check all of your pockets prior to your collection.

There are items such as skiwear, curtains and home furnishings which due to price variations based on size and material we can not include in the order page. For items not listed please add the details to the notes section and we will contact you following collection to confirm the cost.

Yes. If we find additional items in your order we will contact you and arrange a separate payment if required. Any items mistakenly included will be returned upon delivery of cleaning.

Please be assured that cases of missing items are extremely rare. We count and tag each item during processing and each item is checked and recounted when your order is prepared for delivery.

However, we fully understand the concern of missing your favourite shirt, jumper or even pair of socks. In the very rare event that you are missing an item we will launch an investigation to cover all of the steps your item has gone through during the cleaning process. Due to the strict processes we have in place this can normally be carried out in 24-48hrs and a member of the team will be in regular contact throughout the process.

Please note that we require customers to advise us of any missing items within a week of delivery.

If there is a stain on one of your items please advise us in the notes section. We will always try to the best of our ability to remove any stains (both present and highlighted) on your garments. However, we are not able to guarantee stain removal on all occasions. If we are not able to remove a stain, we are not required to refund the cost of cleaning.

Unlike other collection and delivery services all of your items will be cleaned at one site in London. We have a very close relationship with our expert cleaning site and we have worked together for almost 15 years..
